Couples & Marriage Therapy

Find strength & connection in your relationship
Create a marriage you both love

Time alone cannot heal all wounds or relationships
Together, we can make meaningful change possible.

As we live our daily lives, our world is constantly changing and evolving, and life experiences over time can change us.  Sometimes, this change can bring misunderstanding, stress, and conflict, which moves us away from our partners or brings complexity to relationships.

While these differences may be accompanied by a communication breakdown, distrust, or trauma, they can significantly impact relationships and happiness.

Couples therapy offers support and guidance so you can both make progress and reestablish your ability to:

  • Effectively communicate your thoughts and emotions

  • Learn how to be respectful of healthy boundaries

  • Improve sexual relationship

  • Rebuild  trust and intimacy

  • Find ways to resolve conflict

  • Find joy and happiness as a couple

  • support individual growth while also finding meaning as a couple

If you are ready to improve your relationship and navigate meaningful changes together, you can rediscover hope, healing, and a greater connection to yourself and your partner with couples counseling in Utah.

  • Therapy works best if both can attend, but work can still get done if only one partner wants to attend. If you want a better relationship, therapy will help.

  • If you want individual and couples therapy, it's better to come together for at least one couples session. Then, from there, we can create a plan on how to do individual therapy that works for both partners.

  • Click the "get in touch" button to contact me, or call/ text me at 801-388-6444. I will get back to you within 24-hours to help you.

  • This intensive is a way to jumpstart therapy and get 4.5 sessions done on Fri/ Sat., when it usually takes a month to get that much therapy (based on 1 session per week). Intensive allows for a lot done in a short time, and then after intensive, weekly or biweekly therapy to continue progress is best.

  • If you live outside of Utah, you can request my Life Coaching sessions, which are done virtually. Insurance is not accepted for Life Coaching sessions.
