If you want individual and couples therapy, it's better to come together for at least one couples session. Then, from there, we can create a plan on how to do individual therapy that works for both partners.

If you live outside of Utah, you can request my Life Coaching sessions, which are done virtually. Insurance is not accepted for Life Coaching sessions.
